Our Vision

In everything we seek to put Christ first.

• Matthew 6:33 “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
  

We believe the Bible is the authoritative, unchanging Word of God which defines our world view.

• 2 Timothy 3:16-17“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
  

We seek to grow in groups.

• Acts 2:42-44“And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. And all who believed were together and had all things in common.”
  

We believe everyone has a purpose in the body of Christ.

• I Corinthians 12:12 “For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.”

 We seek to be known as contributors not consumers.

• Philippians 2:3-4 “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. 4 Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” 

 People invite people. Leaders multiply leaders.

• Matthew 28:19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,”

 How we treat the poor and powerless is how we treat Jesus.

• Matthew 25:40 “And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’”

 Our song and life will reflect a passion for Christ.

• Romans 12:1 “I appeal to you therefore, brothers,[a] by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.”
